Terms

La Cotte is available to rent for periods of a week (7 days, 6 nights from Sunday to Saturday) or multiples of a week. It is also available for short break lets of three nights or fewer at two thirds of the appropriate weekly rate. During the high season and during school holidays, short term bookings will not normally be accepted more than four weeks in advance.
Unfortunately pets are NOT allowed and no smoking is allowed inside the house or any outbuildings.
Bedding, bath and hand towels are provided for each guest, so we need to know the number in your party to make sure there is sufficient available. As an alternative, guests may provide their own bedding (bed base-sheet, duvet cover and pillow cases) and towels at a discount of £25 per week on the hire charge set out below.
The hire charge is inclusive of all electricity, water and logs used during your stay.
Reservations will be held for 14 days from the booking date. Please pay a deposit of £100 within that fortnight to confirm the booking. If you have to cancel, refunds will be made if that period is successfully re-let. The balance is due four weeks prior to the date booked.
